Service Description

The Astronomy club invites Pond Road students to create their own Planispheres in our afternoon workshop. Planispheres are a great way to learn and be introduced to stars and get into the hobby of stargazing. They are easy to assemble paper cutouts which represent the location of the stars in the night sky. Materials will be available for pick-up beforehand and we will show participants how to create and use their planispheres to accurately track stars themselves on clear nights.
